The research is devoted representation of the tragedy of the Holocaust in publications of the Russian bloggers on LiveJournal blogging platform popular in the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of a significant amount of blogging materials some strategies of the distorted reconsideration of events of genocide of the Jewish population in the years of World War II are revealed and described in detail. Selection of the analyzed publications was carried out using a keyword «Holocaust». During the research we found the tendencies in the Russian blogosphere to intentionally decrease the historical scale of the Holocaust, to partially justify it using pseudo-arguments of historical, religious and political nature. Taking into account rapid development of the Russian blogosphere, and its political segment in particular, the need for ideological opposition and counteraction to extremism and nationalism, the analysis we have carried out seems essentially significant for development of counterarguments journalists and the Humanities specialists might use in their fight against distortion of the history of war and the victory. The received results can be used for vocational education and education of journalists and also for the subsequent scientific research in the field of journalism, history, political science and philology as a scientific basis for fight against anti-Semitism manifestations.
