The correlation between the development of early acute postoperative cognitive disorders and the low concentration of postoperative hemoglobin level and delayed allogenic hemotransfusion has been determined retrospectively in 268 patients at the age of 60-92 years with femoral neck fractures admitted to Yekaterinburg traumatology departments within the first 24 hrs after injuries not later. Hemoglobin level of ≥100 g/l in the early postoperative period has been established to be associated with the decrease of acute postoperative cognitive.
