In the article the following approach to the formation of the set of indicators for monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of providing process is proposed. The algorithm for the formation of the set of indicators on the basis of analysis of the requirements and limitations of stakeholders is presented. It shows the sequence of actions on the example of the procurement process for the needs of the university, obtained during the optimization of the process indicators to measure the achievement of these goals. We propose a list of workstations which are the part of information system resource support for the university, the establishment of which will make quick and just-in-time management decisions based on the current values of the indicators. Is a list of basic recommendations for the participants of the procurement process for the needs of the university. These recommendations include a set of organizational and technical measures.
