The results of the study of the correlation of phototransferred effects with yields, kinetics and radio-, thermo- and optically stimulated luminescence (RL, TL and OSL) spectra in aniondeficient corundum under various extents of filling of the main and deep traps, depleted at 450 and 720 K, are presented. Spectra of the optical depletion of the main and deep traps were measured and compared. It was found that if the both traps are filled then under stimulation with green light (λ max = 520 nm) OSL decay kinetic is dominated by fast component and under blue stimulation (λ max = 460 nm) - by fast and slow components with approximately equal contributions. Using data of the residual TL in peaks at 450 and 720 K depending on optical stimulation time and also of the OSL curves changes under sequential annealing of the mentioned TL peaks it was shown that the fast component of OSL decay is caused by the main trap depletion and the slow - by deep trap depletion with subsequent phototransfer of charges into the main one. Also it was established that the spectra of RL and of TL peak at 450 K of the samples with only the main trap filled are dominated by luminescence of the F centers. With the deep trap filling spectra are modified and luminescence with maximum at 330-340 nm becomes dominant.
