The authors provide a theoretical justification for the concepts of “technology of genetic research” and “technology of counseling based on the diagnosis of severe combined immunodefi ciency.” This type of technology is considered as a combination of such elements as ethical norms, an algorithm for diagnostic actions and consulting.
