The article presents the results of a study of the hardiness of teachers working with children with disabilities in preschools and schools. The study was conducted using the S. Muddy hardiness test, a questionnaire to determine the level of mental burnout, the Life Satisfaction Index questionnaire, the stress coping questionnaire, the Behavior Self-Regulation Style questionnaire on a sample of 60 teachers working in preschools and schools. The results showed a lower level of hardiness and life satisfaction index among teachers working with children with disabilities, which requires more in-depth research and psycho-corrective work.
