Within the resource approach framework, the organizational abilities specifics formation based on the modern digital competencies and organizational abilities formation are considered. The investigation purpose is to track the ensuring competitiveness and economic security above-mentioned elements formation using the example of a higher educational institution. The article is useful for business structures responsible for the formation of their organizational abilities on the personnel competencies basis.
