Influence of image quality in optoelectronic systems on the accuracy of measuring object parameters. The influence of the quality and information structure of the image on the accuracy of measuring the parameters of the studied objects is investigated. The measurement accuracy is compared for the parameters of geometric shapes and coordinates of complex objects in their images, depending on the quality of the obtained OES images. It was found that improving image quality is achieved by joint processing of a series of frames with algorithms for increasing resolution and reducing noise levels, both in single-point OES s and multi-position OES s based on several recorders with a matrix photodetector. The ways of improving the quality and information content of the image in the OES are indicated. It has been established that an increase in accuracy in measurement algorithms occurs with an increase in image quality, which is achieved by increasing the sample size of the received OES image frames. Improving image quality is achieved by joint processing of frames by algorithms for increasing resolution and reducing noise levels, both in single-point OES s and multi-position OES s based on several recorders with a matrix photodetector. The maximum effect of improving the quality and information content of the image, ensuring the accuracy of measuring algorithms, is determined by the structure and variations of the pixel structure of each image frame in the areas of the borders of the brightness gradient. Under the conditions of a single-point OES, which give a high quality optical image without noise factors and variations of other external parameters, the optimal number of frames for joint processing is no more than four. In an OES based on light field recorders, the maximum number of frames providing an increase in image quality is determined by the number of pixels under each element of the microlens array. The formation of significant frames in the light field recorder can be obtained by an algorithm for scanning the field of view or forming layers of the displayed space. The research results make it possible to more effectively assess the technical condition of small (remote) objects, including domestic spacecraft.
