The radiochemical industry uses decontamination solutions, while their high chemical activity leads to corrosion of construction materials in the equipment. The publication shows the results of studies on the resistance of siliconized graphite in solutions of alkalis and acids. Preliminary results on the satisfactory stability of the material in alkali are specified.
