The article defines difficulties of project activity organization in schools in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The interest in the project method used in the education process, considering the changes in the entire system of Russian education, in academic classes under various universities and the Academy of Sciences supervision, is highlighted. The article proposes an approach of effective involving school and university students and teachers into project activity, which can be implemented on the basis of specialized centers and higher educational institutions and can develop students’ teaching skills. The authors have developed and tested an online system which increases the motivation for project activities of the „school student-bachelor-master” collaboration under the guidance of schools and university teachers supervised by tutors. The article presents possibilities of this online platform, namely: independent selection of colleagues for cooperation considering the topic of their research, distance search of funding and additional tools and equipment, integration of different universities’ developments, creation of the relationship between the Enterprise, customer of the development result, the Academy of Sciences, the postgraduate, master, bachelor and school student without dependence on the location and university.
