FIELD: measurement engineering.
SUBSTANCE: after first signal is read out the detector is subject to optical radiation till emptying deep trap completely. Repeat determination of thermal-luminescent signal is carried out at low speed of heating of detector. Detector is irradiated by radiation with wavelength of 300-500 nm at density of radiation power of 5-15 mW/cm 2 at area of detectors' location during 5-15 minutes. Repeat reading-out is performed at speed of 0,-1,0°C/c.
EFFECT: improved precision; improved reliability and truth of measurement of doses. 3 dwg.
