Realization of a veltsprotsess in the conditions of the poured layer of lumpy materials and the counterflow movement of gases is characterized by fall of temperature of flue gases from 720 °C at the exit from working space up to 145 °C in front of the smoke exhauster with its maximum change on heat-exchanging surfaces and the economizer. However, comparison of indicators of work of a copper - was lower than the utilizer settlement that is connected with existence of a dust layer on the surfaces of heat exchange. For decrease in a pylevynos, improvement of heat exchange between gases and gas dynamics of movement of gas environments energy of the acoustic field of the type of a whistle of Gartman formed directly between contacts of gases and firm surfaces the radiator is used. It is experimentally established that with other things being equal use of energy of the acoustic field allows: -to increase an exit of reverse dust to 8.74% at the expense of an intensification of process of intra modular coagulation in the osaditelny camera; -to raise a velyokisa exit to 2.99% due to decrease in hydraulic resistance of the dust camera and a gas outlet path and increase in the valid speed of the movement of gases; - to lower temperature of flue gases at the exit from the economizer by 20 degrees or 6.97%; - to increase the general vapor pressure in a tank separator by 19.7%; -to increase copper utilizer productivity by 23.19% at the expense of an intensification of heat exchanging processes on its surfaces.
