The property of autopoiesis in a system assumes the permanent reproduction of the system structure and its processes. The network topology has an influence on the processes: it means that some nodes may influence the processes more seriously than others. These nodes are considered to be the central and some indices are conceived to measure the centrality degree. In this paper different centrality measures and their orientation to different process types are under discussion. Some indices were calculated for a certain academic group. These indices enable to indicate the most active and influential group members, those who play the roles of communicative hubs, and also the best “information transmitters” in the group. All data for analysis was received from information system which accumulated the marks put by the students.
