The study examines problems of information support for socially oriented non-profit organisations in one of the social media in 2022. Among other things, such organisations strive to help the population adapt to the ongoing changes. However, social non-profit organisations themselves also need to adapt to new conditions. To facilitate their adaptation and functioning, special non-profit organisations that are called resource centres were created in many Russian regions, including Sverdlovsk oblast. Their task is to promote the functioning of non-profit organisations via consulting, methodological and information support for newly created and existing non-profit organisations. Analysis of statistical data on the work of the resource centres of Sverdlovsk oblast, as well as the content analysis of the publications on two official pages of such regional organisations were conducted. As a result, the study offered recommendations for improving the information support from the resource centres.
