The article deals with the terrorism and extremism examination as social phenomena influenced both the society which falls a victim to the acts of violence, and the community that supports the terrorist and/or extremist methods. Three preventive policy strategies are marked out and proved. The given strategies development should help to prevent the terrorist and extremist propaganda, change directions and stereotypes of criminals perception by the society
