This article is devoted to the analysis of the social-semiotic theory of Michel Foucault which allows to clear the phenomenal horizon in social-political space. The social semiotics is considered as the grammar of separate sign system describing area of the concrete communicative phenomenon operated by system of values. In the M. Foucault concept of the power, using semiotics technicians, marking space, creates the disciplined body, the disciplined person, the disciplined consciousness. Means of coercion reveal whom they influence, but show also a place of the Power. Thus the Power, functioning as the draft mechanism, attracts and takes both norm, and deviations which continued watches. Certain ways of speaking, pronunciation, the certain designs of signs and symbols which are making out social space reveal space of manifestation of the Power. By means of use of the equipment of signs penetrating all social space, the Power economically and effectively extends on all body of society, codifies all possible behavior, so, reduces uncertain area of all possible acts. All human gestures and actions can be interpreted as semantic units which perhaps rationally explain and systematize.
