Currently, much attention is paid to innovation. However, increasing the number of innovative companies, or significant growth in innovative activity is observed. The reason is that to encourage innovation, you must create the necessary and sufficient conditions. The necessary conditions must be present in the state policy. Sufficient conditions should be created within the company as a leading management and organizational innovation. Increased susceptibility innovation will create business-cooperative chains. There may be "push" and "pull" chain of business cooperation involving innovation in new businesses. We offer to organize a common regional coordinator center for the initiation and dissemination of innovations, as well as the author´s ability to create the conditions for innovation activity on the basis of leading management and organizational innovation.
