Metallurgical enterprises operate with instability in the market of iron ore raw materials and fuel and energy resources; therefore, the importance of solving the problems of optimal distribution of raw materials in the blast furnace complex and determining the optimal composition of the blast furnace at each furnace increases. The analysis of existing approaches to mathematical modeling of processes for solving problems of optimal distribution of iron ore raw materials in the blast furnace complex has shown that the model-based approach and the concept of an object-perturbed object motion is promising.The article describes the structure of the algorithm, mathematical and software systems for the optimal distribution of raw materials and fuel and energy resources in the complex of blast furnaces. The method of optimal distribution of raw materials in the organizational and technological system of the blast furnace provides for the integration of the physico-chemical regularities of the main processes of the control object and the conversion models. When solving the problem, the principle of small deviations of parameters with respect to the base mode is used in the reference-disturbed movement of the object. With reference to the working conditions of PJSC MMK, the possibility of planning the operation of the blast furnace shop and improving the technical and economic indicators of pig iron smelting on the basis of the developed method and software is illustrated.
