Personnel safety factors affecting the level of staff reliability are discussed in the paper on the basis of an analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of this issue. The given article presents the experience of studying the impact of the personnel risks on a positive attitude of employees to the organization, as well as identifies main reasons that contribute to reducing the level of personnel reliability. Based on the analysis of Russian and foreign literature, as well as practical experience of one of the large industrial enterprises of the Ural region, the authors builds a interrelation between the factors of employees' satisfaction, loyalty, proactivity, involvement, on the one hand, and personnel reliability, on the other hand. The authors also analyzed the elements of toxic management, as a variety of personnel risks, which cause negative emotions and destructive behavior among workers. The results of a three-year monitoring study at a large industrial enterprise make it possible to identify factors (toxic management, dissatisfaction with the prospects of career growth, imperfection of corporate culture, etc.), which have a negative impact on the level of personnel reliability. As a managerial solution to the problem, the authors developed a system of transparent communications. The managerial tool proposed by the authors can be used to develop a set of measures that help leveling a number of personnel risks that affect the stuff reliability, as well as improving the system of personnel security at the enterprise.
