SUBSTANCE: device for passive removal of excess heat energy from an object comprises a heat exchanger on the facility, an external heat exchanger located in the water body, and pipelines connecting the heat exchangers. Introduced into the device is a sealed evaporative heat exchanger, which is arranged in the cooler pool on the facility, sealed external condenser heat exchanger in the remote cooling water reservoir, note here that heat exchangers are connected by steam-water discharge pipeline and condensate discharge pipeline. Both ends of steam-water mixture pipeline are arranged at bottom of both heat exchangers. Lower end of condensation pipeline is arranged at condenser heat exchanger bottom. Upper end is located in the upper part of the evaporation heat exchanger. EFFECT: invention allows simplifying the design and improving reliability of the device.
