The paper addresses to novel noninvasive express potentiometric method use for the oxidant/antioxidant (OA/AOA) status determining at the surface of human skin. Proposed approach allows us to define potentially the organism oxidant/antioxidant status as a whole. OA/AOA, arterial pressure and peripheral blood flow in young people population (n=76) were estimated. Close correlations between the parameters of systemic hemodynamics and the extent of antioxidant activity were founded. Obtained data imply high informative value of novel method for the organism antioxidant status integral determining.
