This article focuses on the analysis of public-private partnerships. The author considers the public-private partnership as a special tool. Public-private partnership is seen as a mechanism for resource consolidation of economic agents of the Sverdlovsk region. The main subjects of the economy of the Sverdlovsk region in this case are the professional educational organizations, federal and regional authorities, enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region. The paper presents an overview of the regulatory activities of the professional educational organizations. The author briefly describes the system of vocational education of the Sverdlovsk region.
