The use of the concept of «Smart City» allows you to increase the level of comfort, quality and efficiency of servicing citizens, in addition, reduce costs and consumption of consumed resources. To implement the Smart Lighting project in urban technologies, we conducted a study to assess the necessary equipment, infrastructure and resources to implement smart lighting in the city, and also proposed a detailed project implementation plan with a budget and time intervals. All these steps should be carried out in close cooperation with stakeholders and considering the specifics of a particular city and its needs. Then the introduction of smart lighting will be able to improve the responsiveness of drivers to unforeseen situations and reduce the number of road accidents, save energy resources and operating costs.
