The problems of methodology and technology in air-cooled flexible rotors balancing are considered. One of the reasons of rotor vibrational instability appearing in process of balancing on accelerating-balancing stand is explained. Testing technology that makes the rotor stabilization possible is suggested. Comparative figures of balancing technology experimental refining are presented.
