In the article there is shown the impact of the calculation results of the control system parameters on the position of observer (external and internal). The calculation carried out for energy indicators of system: complete energy flow, active energy flow and coefficient of efficiency of system. There were considered four variants of calculations resulting in different issue. In the article there is substantiating a necessity of taking into account a description of system from the position of both observers for optimal running of system.
