The article presents the result of testing the method of low-frequency changes identification in a nine-node power system model. The work shows the possibility of using the identified equivalent condition matrix for monitoring and analyzing the electro-mechanic fluctuations in a power system. Equivalent condition matrix is identified based on synchronized vector changes, particularly based on the phases and slips of tensions on generator bars.
