Evolution of a structure of crystal ceramics and amorphous glasses in case of twisting under pressure has been analyzed. Consolidation amplification of ceramic powders when twisting under high pressure was found out and causes of the phenomenon were clarified. Influence factors of powerful external action on power consolidation, extending the ceramics operation area, were determined.
