FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and can be applied to inject air, including oxygen-enriched air, into the water of rivers, lakes, sewage treatment facilities of enterprises to improve the environmental condition thereof. In a wind turbine with blades and a vertical axis of rotation, made in the form of a pipe, an air-accumulating container covered at the top, equipped with spring-loaded, inward-opening flaps, is installed between the blades. A rotary vertical axial pipe placed on a load-bearing support by means of bearings is secured in the container by one end and has perforations (holes) for the input of air thereto; and a fixed pipe, also secured on the support, is connected coaxially with the lower part of said pipe via a packing seal, wherein air-distributing hoses with perforations (holes) for the output of air to the water, placed in water, are connected to the outlet of said pipe. EFFECT: ensured autonomous supply of air to water bodies. 2 cl, 2 dwg.
