In this paper there are presented the results of the experimental investigation of the influence of the thermal conditions, bacterial mass regeneration and sugar concentration on the duration and energy consumption of the alcoholic fermentation stage in the processes of the fuel ethanol production and the influence of the external physical actions on the intensification of the fermentation process.
