Activation of granulocytopoiesis in the bone marrow is accompanied by quantitative shifts in the amino acid composition of blood, ECM, myelokaryocytes and erythrocytes. The total amount of free amino acids retained within myelokaryocytes normal but their concentration decreases in the extracellular matrix (in particular amino groups of α-ketoglutarate, acetyl-CoA, and nonessential, glycogenic, ketogenic amino acids).
