The effect of recombinant human interleukin-2 and sodium aminodihydrophtalazinedione on metabolic indices of rats in alloxan diabetes was investigated. Prescribing of immunemodulators partially correct hyperglycemia, oxidative stress and non-enzymatic glycosylation of proteins. The differences of biochemical parameters of blood, seems to be connected with peculiarities of the mechanism of action of immunemodulators
