In this paper, to increase innovation activity of enterprises, we offering a systematic approach and value-oriented classification of innovation. Unlike existing approaches to classification, the authors rely on a chain of added value and set a sequence involving no innovative companies in innovation. During the classification of the authors reveal the customer´s innovation - the market demand and market supply. Depending on the customer, formed the pull chain or push business cooperation. With the help of the classifier authors define the difficulty level (redistribution) innovation. Also available are various stages of joining the companies in the value chain, justified by the principles of formation of project clusters, its need to improve innovation activity of enterprises.
