The search of modern methods of organization of work in dentistry healthcare organizations lead to reorganization of state and municipal institutions in the form of confluence. The basic aim of dentistry service reform - the increase of the quality of dentistry help increase, optimization of expenses at provision of dentistry services within the framework of Territorial programs of compulsory health insurance, provision of financial stability of dentistry institution. The reasons of reorganization in enlargement of dental care were three basic factors: economic, medical-social and psychological. At the result of reorganization it is possible to find the solutions to the following tasks: satisfaction of demand of the population for the services in the sphere of project realization and creation of conditions for widening of services zones; acceleration of implementation of new technics and technologies by renewal of basic funds; provision of workers’ qualification increase, which let implement actively modern technologies of treatment and easing the implementation of new requirements and standards provision of medical help; optimization of basic and operating funds use; the increase of work efficiency of medical personnel by implementing the united requirements to organization and provision of dentistry services.
