The article is devoted to the project approach to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Concept, which marked the transition from the traditional concept of continuous economic growth to the socio-ecological and economic world order, in which the social aspect is intended to become the target and dominant. The concept of sustainable development is implemented not only in the form of laws and regulations at the federal and regional levels, but also in the format of projects. One of the directions of implementation of the Concept is a digital socially-oriented project for the development of telemedicine, designed to ensure timely monitoring of significant deviations in the health of the population and ensure its medical examination. In the scientific work, using the method of Internet survey and statistical analysis of information received from respondents of the Sverdlovsk region, the awareness of the population about the telemedicine project, its attitude and the degree of trust in the digital project are investigated. The problems of the institutional level are identified: the formation of the legislative framework and the development of technological infrastructure, on the one hand, and the subjective readiness of the population, on the other hand, to implement the telemedicine project. Development prospects of digital social project as a tool for implementing the concept of sustainable development, where technological advances in medicine and digital worlds merged and put at the service of social aspects of the development of modern society.
