One of the main directions for intensification of tubes cold rolling by applying rolling without intermediate annealing is considered. It is suggested to analyze of the main technological factors for select rational route of rolling without intermediate annealing with the use of previously developed software package. The results of the study of mechanical and plastic properties of tubes, rolled by two variants, are shown. It is revealed that one of the reasons for unstable rolling is wide dispersion of plastic properties of hot-rolled billets. It is advisable to roll tubes without intermediate annealing after the input control of mechanical properties. Technological recommendations of conditions for rolling without intermediate annealing of stainless steel tubes are given.
