We describe high power ultrasound vibrators treating the immiscible liquids and solid powder materials upon high-power acoustic impact. The results of the developing and designing of magnetostrictive transducers and units for production of nanodispersed emulsions and suspensions demonstrate the efficiency of ultrasonic method exemplified in the preparation of water-oil emulsions
