The article presents and comments on the main conceptual trends in the modern architecture of public buildings, according to the concept of A. Zaire-Polo. The conclusion is made about the change of conceptual landmarks of the century architecture. The author analyzes the little-known projects of public buildings of the last decade, created by representatives of different trends.
