The aim of the research is to search for the optimal technology of professional counseling on the problems of professional development crises, the objectives of the study is the development of a new scheme for vocational counselor’s work. The authors put forward and theoretically substantiate the hypothesis about the effectiveness of coaching in career counseling. Methods of analysis, synthesis and theoretical modeling are used.
