The article presents the students’ opinion on digitalization processes in society, economy and employment. The analysis is based on the generalization of the results of a sociological survey of students of Ural universities. The author does not only considers in general the attitude of students to digitalization processes, but also compares students’ positions who study on technical and humanitarian programs. The conclusions are drawn about the contradictory perception of students of certain digitalization aspects of the economy, about the low level of their moral and legal readiness for it.
