Biodiversity of lichens in the «Olenyi Ruchyi» Nature Park (Sverdlovsk Region, Middle Urals, Russia) has been studied. The list of 240 species is presented. Leptogium turgidum (Ach.) Cromb. is recorded for the first time in Russia, Verrucaria foveolata (Flörke) A. Massal. for the first time in the Ural Mountains. Nine species: Anema nummularium (Duf. ex Dur et Mont.) Nyl. ex Forss., Collema dichotomum (With.) Coppins et J. R. Laundon, Fellhaneropsis vezdae (Coppins et P. James) Sérus. et Coppins, Gyalecta ulmi (Sw.) Zahlbr., Lemmopsis arnoldiana (Hepp) Zahlbr., Leptogium rivulare (Ach.) Mont., Pertusaria coccodes (Ach.) Nyl., Pyrenopsis haemaleella (Nyl.) Blomb. et Forssell and Verrucaria foveolata — are known in the Sverdlovsk Region from the Nature Park locality only.
