A description of an electromagnetic two-side agitator model, operating with use of a traveling magnetic field is presented. A combined solution of the electromagnetic and hydrodynamic problem was performed in the two-dimensional problem statement by the finite-element method. A behavior of impurities in a turbulent flow was calculated with use of Stokes law. The obtained space distribution of impurities is even in a liquid metal volume. The model verification was carried out by the method of magnetic induction measurement of the pilot plant
