This paper describes a study of creativity of teachers of high school, whose mission is to: determine the content of the concept of “creativity teacher of high school”; elements of the scientific and pedagogical creativity of the teacher; identification and assessment of the significance of quantitative and qualitative indicators of teacher creativity, optimal conditions for the formation and development of the creative potential of teachers in the university, identification and assessment of formation and development of the creative potential of high school teachers.
