The article discusses the specificity of the evolution and development of the integrated system of digital protection of Kyrgyzstan. These features were formed due to the combination of objective reasons of a political, economic, historical and cultural nature, as well as the costs of catching up with the development of the young state. The initiator and regulator of the process is the government, which forms the institutional and regulatory framework of the system, gradually integrating the private sector and civil society into it.In the matters of international cooperation, the country is focused on interaction with Russia and its partners in the SCO and CSTO, which are united by a common doctrinal approach to understanding information security problems in general.
