Currently, the development of a method for obtaining a culture of animal cells, which can later be used as an experimental model for conducting both basic research and preclinical trials of drugs, is urgent. The development of a technique for isolating a line of peritoneal mast cells from the peritoneal fluid and its cultivation in specialized conditions is also urgent. The resulting mast cell culture is a suitable experimental model for fundamental research - studying the properties of mast cells and their interaction with various biologically active substances and other cells in сo-culture in vitro, and for conducting preclinical studies of specialized drugs on it.
