In this work digitally task of metallurgical production was solved based on modern information technology, control and management methods. To solve digitally task of metallurgical production in this work are used total control and monitoring method of resources conversion on mechanisms and processes, visual control method and technical vision method are used for monitoring and control of production and resources motion on shops and warehouses. For data analysis are used multi agent simulation, modeling and BIG DATA technology. In this work was presented the result of developed of some automation and control systems that solve the task of total digitally of metallurgical production: 1) DATA-TRACK – monitoring system of movement of resources and materials; 2) EXPERT BASE – production analytic systems; 3) enterprise metallurgical automation system (eMAS).
