The article covers the concept of “international community” suggested by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The author’s attention is focused on the state sovereignty interpretation given in this doctrine. The difference between the Westphalian sovereignty model and the liberal international sovereignty model is substantiated in the context of increasing contradictions between them.
