This research is based on the task set by the administration of the village Makhnevo, Alapaevsky district to improve the embankment on Sovetskaya street near the coastal territory. The study aims to substantiate the relevance of the project and its expediency for the improvement of the accessible territory by creating the entertainment infrastructure and other social facilities. The paper examines the design of the embankment zone. If the main features of the provided site are studied and taken into account during the research, and the final result satisfies the basic expectations of citizens and the requests of the administration, conforming to the regulations and the validity of financial investments, then the work will be a reliable theoretical basis for appropriate practical application in the field of construction, and people's lives may be improved.
