The paper is devoted to development of the evolutionary modelling approach for solving project management problems in IT sectors in dynamic setting. The developed models are unified, scalable and invariant to the project complexity by their structure. Simulation experiments conducting via the proposed evolutionary models enables visualization of the project dynamic process over the time horizon and provides analysis of related aspects along the entire management chain from the employees appointment to the project personnel training.
