The main purpose of this study is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using TIM technology further (Information Modeling Technology) throughout the life cycle of a building or structure construction project. TIM presents an integrated system that allows specialists to work together on projects and instantly exchange data. The study also highlights TIM»s support at the state level and the industry»s transition to digital information models. The conclusions and results of this analysis can be very useful for developers, developers and other professional participants in the real estate market, as they can serve as a basis for making informed decisions in the context of choosing and implementing TIM in construction projects, TIM technology promises to reduce the risk of errors, improve control over the construction process and ensure more efficient management of capital construction projects.
