This article considers two types of a development: human and personal, determines the objectives for the development of their educational institution. The main emphasis is placed on a reviewing the psychological support of the human resources development: an education psychology, a developmental psychological diagnostics and a psychological counseling. As a special direction of the support are allocated the professional competitions. In conclusion of the article are identified the results of the development of human capacity for the teacher and educational organization.
